Right click on the clock and select Task Manager. Then select the Processes tab and then click on the CPU column header once or twice to get it to sort with the highest CPU users at the top. (twice is usually what it takes)
Give it 60 seconds to settle down a bit (it will never really stop changing). What % of CPU usage is System Idle? What are the next 4 processes and what percent to they each use?
