Hi, Is there any program or tips to check and repair my OS and internet. My PC is slow and sluggish. Just want to tweak it and make it smooth. Also my two disk drives are not recognised and how do I fix them. They don't even show in my computer menu.

Any help is much appreciated

Hello Scott

Would I be correct in thinking that you are running XP and do you have a desktop unit with two physical had drives or only one?

Do they show in Disk Management?

Locate Disk Management by right clicking on Computer and then click Manage.

Open the Storage tree if it is not already open and click Disk Management.

Then they are either dead or not connected properly.

These are drives over and above your main primary boot drive yes?

Yeah they are. They both have power to them and open the tray ok

I can put disks in the drives. The disk tray opens and shuts

These are not hard drives Scotty but optical drives mate.

Yes, things like CDROM or DVDRW drives.
