maybe if i can change the language of my pc into english that would help??

No you need to right click on Computer and choose Manage.

Then choose Disk Management.

Ok that is great. :thumbsup:

You do not have a recovery partition so the guy in the shop has put an OEM version of Windows 7 on that machine that was not supplied by Acer.

Take the machine back to him and ask him to reinstall Windows 7 or get the disk from him and do it yourself.

What I am saying is that the guy in the shop has put a System Builder OEM version of Windows 7 on your machine and it is up to him to fix it.
