Alright folks hope you can help.
My hotmail account was blocked claiming that someone else was using it. i tried to reset the information but the forms I submitted were not successful. I tried to phone the support teamand they informed me that it had been hacked by an american and they were going to charge me £78 to get it fixed. I'm not paying that so I'm hoping someone here can point me in the right direction.
