OK lets try one further step before we go there

Reboot to the recovery console menu
Select command prompt
Type in the following command :

sfc /scannow /offbootdir=C:\ /offwindir=C:\windows

This will check the validity of the windows files
Once completed then retry a normal start.. If it fails I will provide instructions to create a USB windows installation. You will need your COA key for this (probably on a sticker on the computer)

Still stuck :( I've got my key ! Will I loose all my C: Data ? Should I try a reset of the bios (even if I don't know how to do it) ? Thank you

I've solved my issu ! Everything works even in safe mode.
If It could help someone, I've unppluged my 2nd hard drive. And that's all.

I've done the avast uninstal reinstal trick. Do you think that I should do something else to scan/protect/Idk my comp?

So the second hard drive was the problem... I will file that away for future reference..

How is the computer performing now ? Any other apparent problems ?
