My laptop will not connect to the wifi in the flat however my flatmates and my iphone all can. It says its available however it won't connect. I don't believe it's an issue with my laptop, as when I returned home at the weekend it connected to my home wifi fine. The trouble began when the wifi stopped working for everyone so we reset it giving it a new name, password etc. I do know the name and the password but it just wont work. Please help.

Hello caprisun,
Since you are not able to connect to the available network, it means your network connection settings is not proper.. Check whether all settings are correctly set.. And as you said you reset the name and password, to connect it you should know it.. I am sure you will then able to connect it accordingly.
