Hard drive password issue

HI,
I updated my external hard drive (western) then the company set a password, through which i am unable to open it. I contacted the customer service and he could not answered me properly. they sent me many passwords which are not working. Please guide how to open my hard drive

I'll give you the benefit of doubt on this issue for the moment and ask why your company set a password.

If this is a company machine then your systems administrator is the person to contact.

Please explain further.
