Hi guys, a long time and i'm facing a problem with office 2007...
If you long in to the Administrator account, all kind of office open and work well BUT if you log in as any any other user (ex: Guest, user,,) all kind of office take about 3-5 min to open and sometimes don't!!!
I'm going over this problem by deleting the folder of the users other than the admin from C:\Documents and Settings\..... and after restart the computer rebuild that user automatically and log in using it,, here office works well!!!
But guys this way isn't a solution... coz every time i have to backup the data from that user and after a month it stuck back so i have to do the same thing again
other problem i faced is getting this error message "encountered an error during setup" while trying to install office 2007 (win xp),,, what i did b4 is: i was having office 2003 & 2007 and both were working,, i uninstalled both and tried to re install Ver. 2007 but i cant go more because this error is denying me,, even i tried to use another CD or to install it from a flash drive but nothing changed... just let me tell you something; when i removed both ver. i guess the process didn't run well coz i still see them in the "Add/Remove" so i install an unistaller tool and delete their folders from the program files manually till they disappeared but cant reinstall it..
please any help!!!
thanks in advice
