My computer is infected with much malware and viruses.
I attempted to run hijackthis, while saving the log file the program crashes and the log file is not saved.
Ad-Aware SE will not scan for no reason.
MS Anti-Spyware crashes at startup.
My Anti-Virus (Norman Anti-Virus) detects lots of viruses/trojans/loaders etc, but does not fix the problems.
I tried removing some malicious software in add/remove programs and it just freezes the Add/Remove wizard.
If I try to open up task manager, it tells me it is disabled.
I managed to get it up and running for 10 seconds and I saw many virus exes etc running.

If only I could post a log for you guys, I appreciate any help.

Download and run: http://www.silentrun...ent Runners.vbs

Run the SilentRunners.vbs file. If your antivirus has a script blocker, you will get a warning asking if you want to allow SilentRunners.vbs to run. It might say something like "Malicious Script Warning". This script is not malicious so you are safe in allowing it to run.

Let it run. It can take a few minutes. When it has finished it will produce a Startup Programs text file. Copy and paste that text file here in your next reply.

OK. I'm going to make a regfile so we can disable some malware.
Hopefully that will enable you to boot normally and run some scanners.

Copy the part in bold below into notepad and save it as bequiet.reg
Set filetype to "All files"

REGEDIT4

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]
"SNInstall"=-
"Windows installer"=-

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]
"System"=-
"d3zb.exe"=-
"WindowsUpdate"=-

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon]
"Shell"="Explorer.exe"

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Browser Helper Objects\{C0557ABE-4F97-5EAD-D823-C94B13E646DE}]

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Browser Helper Objects\{2E246FAE-8420-11D9-870D-000C2917DE7F}]

[-HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{2E246FAE-8420-11D9-870D-000C2917DE7F}]

[-HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{C0557ABE-4F97-5EAD-D823-C94B13E646DE}]

Doubleclick that file and confirm you want to merge it with the registry.

Still in safe mode delete:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\kernels32.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\d3zb.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System\svchost.exe <= IMPORTANT NOTE the real svchost.exe is in the system32 folder. Leave that one alone

Let me know if you can boot normally after doing this.

"C:\WINDOWS\system32\kernels32.exe"

Tells me it is in use.

"C:\WINDOWS\system32\d3zb.exe"

Deleted without error.

"C:\WINDOWS\System\svchost.exe"

Tells me in use.

I haven't tried booting normally again, I also have these virus/malicious files that I cannot delete :

vxgame3.exe
vxgame4.exe
vxgamet2.exe
vxh8jkdq2.exe
vxh8jkdq5.exe
vxh8jkdq6.exe
vxh8jkdq7.exe

And some files I think are malicious :

abc.exe
latest.exe
~update.exe
dskike.exe
auto_update_uninstall.exe

lots more that look malicious..
And a couple that look generated by the viruses under C:/

*Click Here to download Killbox by Option^Explicit.
*Extract the program to your desktop and double-click on its folder, then double-click on Killbox.exe to start the program.
*In the killbox program, select the Delete on Reboot option.
*Open the text file with these instructions in it, and copy the file names below to the clipboard by highlighting them and pressing Control-C:

C:\WINDOWS\System32\vxgame3.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\vxgame4.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\vxgamet2.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\vxh8jkdq2.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\vxh8jkdq5.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\vxh8jkdq6.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\vxh8jkdq7.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\auto_update_uninstall.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\kernels32.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System\svchost.exe

*Return to Killbox, go to the File menu, and choose "Paste from Clipboard".
*Click the red-and-white "Delete File" button. Click "Yes" at the Delete on Reboot prompt. Click "No" at the Pending Operations prompt.

If your computer does not reboot by itself, do it manually.
I only listed the files I was sure about, we will let the scanners deal with the rest later.

WinTools for IE service (WinToolsSvc)
Rightclick that line and choose Properties.
On the General tab Stop and set the service to disabled.
In HijackThis click Config > Misc Tools > Delete an NT service
In the dialog box paste: WinToolsSvc

Then in safe mode delete (if present):
C:\Program Files\Common Files\WinTools <= entire folder
C:\Program Files\Toolbar <= entire folder
C:\WINDOWS\system32\win32.exe
C:\WINDOWS\syskl.exe
C:\Program Files\BullsEye Network <= entire folder
C:\Program Files\Internet Optimizer <= entire folder
C:\Program Files\CxtPls <= entire folder
C:\WINDOWS\System32\msxct.exe
C:\Program Files\AutoUpdate\AutoUpdate.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\ah96iio7.exe

Let me know if you can run Norman or MSAS when you are done.
