I have malware / cookies that result in chrome popup windows opening when I am clicking on unrelated site links. There seem to plenty of posts for window users on how to remove but little for apple mac. I'm running MAC OS 10.7.5 and have tried removing cookies from Chrome, but the popups still keep occurring. Have also used Ad blocker, but this doesn't resolve the issue, it mearly blocks the program. Any suggestions on how I can remove this?

Hi and welcome to Geeks to Go. :)

I'm afraid we will be unable to assist you in this part of the forum because primarily it is for Windows based Anti-Malware support as are the specific tools we use.

You could ask in the relevant Operating Systems part of the forum though.
