I want something i can put on my computers that will send all logs to my email or phone or something preferably something i can install from a usb so i don't have to download the same thing a few times and will run on start up and send me data on shutdown or something similar. it will have to be somewhat hidden

I do understand putting this on computers i don't own is illegal and do not plan on using it for that.
if you can help me i would greatly appreciate it.

(if this is in the wrong place please re-direct me to where i should post it) I'm a bit confused by the categories on this site.

Even though you say this is on your own computers, we are a site that helps people remove keyloggers, not install them. We can't help you with this - I'm sorry.
