Jut noticed something yersterday, while trying to download update for Adobe the indicator on taskbar that usually indicates "1 file download", now reads "Library" Is this a windows "setting" problem?

I assume you're using Firefox to download the update. On the recent 20.0.1 update, Firefox replaced their old downloads box and placed it inside the library which used to have bookmarks and other information. So it's not a setting problem. Click here to know more about it.
