If the battery or batteries in the Bornd mouse are healthy and it is switched on then either the mouse is faulty or the mini usb is or both are.

Is it possible to try the mouse on another machine?

All I've got is this computer. I could wait for my brother to come by next week with his laptop, but it really does seem to be faulty. I just wanted to make sure it wasnt something else before sending it back.

Thank you for all the options! Perhaps this'll work for another mouse I might have trouble with.
