Hi guys, as of a couple days ago every time I connect to the internet I can't open chrome, firefox or explorer and I also can't open anything else. Whatever I do have running before I connect also becomes unresponsive, and I cannot use ctrl+alt+dlt restart or shutdown options. The only thing that works is diconnecting, turning off using the power button, then turning back on and not connecting to the internet again, or running it in safe mode with networking to use the internet.
As suggested in a similar post I have tried "In Safe Mode, go to Start -> Run -> msconfig
Go to the Startup tab and uncheck everything.
Go to the Services tab and check the box at the bottom labeled "Hide all Microsoft Services"
Then uncheck all the non-MS services.
Click on Ok and reboot into normal mode" however it didn't help
