How do you restore the htc one s using your pc?

yesterday i decided to root my htc one s i followed the steps accordingly to install the custom rom, cyanogen mod 10 and when it was done the boot with the spinning circle just went on for about 20 mins i looked all over google if this was normal and it said at max it takes 5-10 minutes so what i did after that was the worst thing i could have done and that is restore the sd card so now i have know rom installed on my phone and on top of that my phone doesnt mount its internal sd card.
i desperately need help any advice is appreciated!!
