Pop-ups on boot [RESOLVED]

This has been a major problem for me. I keep being bombarded with popups. I managed to block most of it via the firewall but it's still there. I ahve a feeling it's related to MSN somehow and I've reinstalled/uninstalled 90% of the programs. Additionally there are two programs on the add/remove programs list which I cannot remove. They are ANIO Service and ANIWZCS2. Thanks. Help is much appreciated.
