Hello, Couple of weeks ago one of you tech fixed may computer. I’ am very thankful!
Everything working well except one small problem. My CD/DVD-Rom driver stopped working.
In device manager CD/DVD-Rom driver has yellow exclamation marc. I tried to reload driver and received massage:
“Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)
Click 'Check for solutions' to send data about this device to Microsoft and to see if there is a solution available.”
I tried to download driver from Dell support, after download and complete installation I get a message “Driver not found”.
Any help will be appreciated!
Val.

Please disregard this posting, I found solution in the net.
