BSOD On Xp

Hi a BSOD appears on my laptop workin under win xp from time to time
the error that appears in this BSOD is: 0x00000027 (0XBAAD00A3 0XA69F43B8 0XA69F40B4 0X00040001)
Your help will be so much appreciated
