Hi everyone!

I just purchased my Samsung Galaxy S4 a day ago.

I came across this annoying issue which that my S4 could not allow for a simple drag and drop transfer on from pc to phone nor vice versa.

It has continuously gave me errors such as unable to copy file, sd card not responding.

May I know is my phone the only issue or all S4s are like these?

I would presume that all android platforms are able to just drag and drop files to the SD card or internal storage slot.

Hope someone could help me out with my issue!!!!

Hi there,

Starting from JellyBean there is no mount USB mode it's MTP mode, most of the latest mobile that run Jelly Bean (4.2.2) won't have USB mode.
