I bought kaspersky 3PC 2013 today. I already have a kaspersky 2012. So i didn't installed 2013 and just entered the code in kaspersky 2012.I changed my decision and run the kaspersky 2013 setup. it was taking a long time downloading so i canceled the download. The next day, i run the setup again and it says that a file from C:\Installers\kav (or) something is missing. Then when i canceled the setup, my old kaspersky 2012 couldn't be opened. I have tried system restore and the file was still missing. Please help me.
