Geegee57,

Are you getting an errors when you attempt to download, if so what errors?

Then, Please download Farbar Service Scanner and run it on the computer with the issue.
  • Make sure the following options are checked:
    • Internet Services
    • Windows Firewall
    • System Restore
    • Security Center
    • Windows Update
  • Press "Scan".
  • It will create a log (FSS.txt) in the same directory the tool is run.
  • Please copy and paste the log to your reply.

Thanks,

Jasmyne

The downloading issue can be caused by several different infections as well as many settings on a computer or browser issues so there are generally a lot of topics with downloading issues. :)

Attempt re-downloading FSS and try to run it again. Also, what browser are you currently using and having problems downloading with and does it happen with other browsers?

Okay, go ahead and click ignore and continue and see what we get with FSS. Also, try and see if downloading is possible with Firefox please.
