Hi, I would like some help on how to fix this (no clue what this even is). I attached a photo! The box on the top left is what appears when I turn on my lap top (Dell Inspiron N5040) and the box on the right is what appears when I right click on the task bar for the first box that appears. Any help on how I can fix this?? I just removed 7 Trojan virus' using Malwarebytes today and everything else is working fine again. Thank you if anyone can help me!Posted Image

Run Disk Cleanup to remove all the temporary files on your computer, see if that helps.

Computer, right click on C: and select Properties.
Click on the General tab then Disk Cleanup.
Follow directions.

Hi Amanda,

I would say you have some left overs of the infection, to make sure your computer is clean and to solve that you should start a new thread on the Malware Removal section of the forum to get specific help on Malware removing.
Before you post please read Malware and Spyware Cleaning Guide starting from step 2.
