We are all done this end but how is the computer behaving now.

Not sure what the 3.92 gig of junk files found in the defrag program are, do you have any further details, have you checked what the files are in Explorer http://windows.micro...indows-explorer

I'm really not sure what these files are. I've attached a screenshot that shows 4.08 gig of junk files. The detailed report doesn't seem to refer to these at all. I'm wondering whether they are trying to sell me another program to get rid of that "junk"?

All that I can suggest is trying an alternative defrag program such as Windows own, have you tried defragging just the C: drive and unchecking the D: drive.

I would not go overboard on this BTW as defragging stresses the HDD.

Nothing shows when using defraggler which is what I've used historically. Also, thanks for telling me that, I assumed serial defrags was a good thing.

Thanks for all the help. I really appreciate it. I'm still crash free.
