There are plenty of softwares out there that reside on your PC and can that create password protected files/partitions/safes etc on a USB drive so you can keep your own stuff safe but I'm looking for something slightly different.

I want some software that resides on the flash drive that protects it using a password system. I dont want any software on the PC. Just the drive. The software should be able to used after a password is set so it can be modified etc but I'd like it to protect the whole drive so when the drive is engaged a splash screen asks for the login password. Once logged in everything should look as normal.

Hope I explained that OK. I just need to know if there's anything out there that I can buy that does that. Seems to me there should be but everything I've looked at so far are PC based sofwares.

Thanks
