im using chrome in windows xp. except the multimedia like songs, pictures etc, i couldn't download anything including softwares fully.. they stop at 99% and doesn't end. All the antiviruses, games softwares, mozilla firefox downloads does the same. However i changed my operating system again into xp and the problem continues. please help me.
