I've update my drivers and everything, but I still can't get it to work. It started out of nowhere.

Also, I'm having issues getting windows to let me compress my dump files. It's read-only and won't become non-read-only long enough to zip them. Yes, I unchecked the attribute button, clicked apply, and then okay.

Help would be appreciated! Thanks!
