Please help, I have read on lots of sites that this problem has affected large numbers of people, but i cant find a solution anywhere.

Last week hundreds of emails from my hotmail inbox dissapeared. the emails i had moved into other folders are fine, and emails i have recieved since then are fine but i need those emails back!

i have followed all the limks on outlooks website and they are totally hopeless.
Is there a solution to my problem, or a way i can contact outlook directly?

I have important info in those emails that i need asap!

How old were the emails within your Inbox? I've heard Hotmail removes them after a certain amount of time.

Some of them were new! there were hundreds, but my whole inbox was gone, even emails i'd gotten only days before. please can anyone help?

Click the Deleted folder that is present in the Outlook Window and Click Recover Deleted Messages at the bottom of the Window.
Outlook will automatically recover maximum possible data and put it in the deleted folder. If you dont see the deleted message that means you have permanently lost them for that you have to go for a third-party Recovery Tool...

This feature wont work for child accounts so that parents can be confident that when they delete messages from their children’s accounts, they stay deleted.
