Mouse Cursor get Stuck

Hi i ma using a All in one Desktop with windows 7 home basic ... while browsing the Web pages my cursor seems to get stuck and no matter what i do the cursor will not move ... i have scanned my computer for viruses and malware ... using Malware Byte and KIS 2013 and nothing has been detected ... also using Spyware Blaster .... i have unplugged the mouse from the USB Port and Replugged it in but still the problem continues and it has been happening a lot off late ... Please advice
