Cant run the (HELP AND SUPPORT, USER ACCOUNTS, SEARCH BAR) please help

when i start my Desktop and run smoothly.

one thing if i want to search a movie or music, it cant search. the search companion bar didnt exist nor the HELP AND SUPPORT USER ACCOUNTS, even the restore point nothing, what can i do please help :(

Hi, Its always worth running the Windows protected system file scanner to see if any important files are missing, damaged, or in the wrong locations.
Open a command prompt and type in the following:
sfc /scannow
press the enter key once.
(Note the space in the above command it needs to be there.)

Have your Win XP installation disc to hand as Windows sfc may ask you for this.
