Not able to install Norton Security Scan

Recently I tried some text to speech freewares, and now my machine is infected.

After affected, I was not able to open System Restore and CC Cleaner. Not able to install Microsoft Essential or Meticulous software removal..

I downloaded Malware bytes and scanned and got one file infected

Files Detected: 1
C:\Rajesh\Installs\media.player.codec.pack.v3.9.5.setup.exe (PUP.Dealio.TB) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.

In AVG scan, found Adware Agent.F

Kindly Help
