ok befor i looked at my relpy i was looking on the others topice for some help. i had done all that allredy but i still had my background what i thot was that this "screen.html" that was my background had a dll that had file some where i can fine or see on the html source so i had made my own html page and named it "screen.html" and had that page [bleep] my background so for that had work than i dont know what i did that i got lots or spyware/adaware so i can back on this website looking for some more help the i come up with this page

Go to Control Panel > Display. Click on the "Desktop" tab then click the "Customize Desktop" button. Click on the "Web" tab. Under "Web Pages" you should see an entry checked called something like "Security" or similar. Select that entry and click the "Delete" button. Click OK then Apply and OK
