OK, let's try reconfiguration DNS suffix and workgroup name.

Control Panel -> Network and Internet -> Network and Sharing Center -> Manage network connections -> right-click the WIFI connection -> Properties -> Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) -> Properties -> Advanced -> DNS tab
please clear DNS suffix for this connection:

Posted Image

  • Open System by clicking the Start button, right-clicking Computer -> Properties.
  • Under Computer name, domain, and workgroup settings, click Change settings.
  • In the System Properties dialog box, click the Computer Name tab -> Change.
  • In the Computer Name/Domain Changes dialog box, under Member of, click Workgroup and then type new Workgroup name (eg myworkgroup)

Reboot computer in normal mode, turn off WIFI connection, turn on it. If you get any error, please do screenshot and post. Check how your browsers are running.

Is this supposed to be done in normal mode? I just tried pasting the command a few times in safe mode and nothing happened.
