forgive me for my poor typing but my keyboard seems to be disabled unless my key filter is on my windows spaz out.i had a few ad ware blocked before the issue started . a boot scan found no problems. i can't open task manager. i cant start in safe mode bc my key won't work im using my on screen keyboard. everything flashes menus and i cant even get a menu up while right clicking without my key filter on. if i open my antivirus itll open its settings even if i tried closing it. the only thing ive done is stream videos through sites ive used for months with out key filter on pressing and holding down ctrl or alt are the only ways to stop the stuttering but i still cant right click for a menu

Once you get it installed, run it and look in the third or fourth column from the RIGHT. It should say MICROSOFT. Click once or twice on MICROSOFT so that items with NO are at the top.
Select all of the NO items and then click on the red led looking icon in the upper left. This should disable all of the non-microsoft additions to Explorer. Reboot and see if you still have problems with right click.




You could try going into Device manager. In the search box type: devmgmt.msc

When it finds it double click on it. That should open Device Manager. Find Keyboard and double click on it. That should open to show you the installed HID Keyboard. Double click on it. Click on Drivers then on Uninstall. Reboot and Windows should find the keyboard again and reinstall it and perhaps if you get lucky it will fix the problem.

Not sure there is much we can do for you. Sounds like a hardware problem. Is this a laptop or a desktop?
