First time poster. Semi-novice user. I downloaded the V9 browser hijacker and I can't get rid of it obviously. I ran Spyhunter and it identified the malicious program. I've tried to run OTL and it stops responding. Any help would be appreciated.

Please download DDS from http://download.blee...om/sUBs/dds.com or http://download.blee...om/sUBs/dds.scr
and save it to your desktop.

* Disable any script blocking protection
* Double click dds.pif to run the tool. (Vista and Win 7 please right click and Run As Admin)
* When done, two DDS.txt's will open.
* Save both reports to your desktop.
