I have a desktop with windows 7 and IE 10. I'm having trouble opening links intermittently, either with my browser or my email (Hotmail). I've notice I'm operating in 64 bit and have no idea how it changed to 64 bit. I would like to use the 32 bit, but I can not find it in the menu. Is running in 64 bit a problem and if so how can I get back to 32 bit?
