It should work fine,the case comes with an adequate psu.. The graphics card is a bit dated but if some gaming is involved here it should bring the gaming experience around to the low mid range...

A couple of pointers which will hopefully help you get the computer built in time;

2x Elixir 2GB RAM

Not enough information to be able to say whether the intended Ram is compatible or not;
The MB will only accept DDR2 Ram, is the Elixir Ram DDR2.
Do you mean 2 X 1GB sticks of Ram or 2 X 2GB sticks of Ram, I ask this as there is only one brand of Ram that has had 2GB modules of Ram tested: DDRII 800 2G Apacer

please see my canned text below;

For the best and most stable performance you should where possible purchase a CPU and Ram that have been tested and approved by the motherboard manufacturer, this is referred to as the QVL ( qualified vendors list ) understand though that there are too many products released for them all to be tested so other hardware will be compatible but not proven to be.

The MBs QVL http://www.asus.com/...2N68CM/#support

Also of note is the absence of an OS such as Windows XP, Vista, W7 or W8 + there is no optical drive listed, do you already have these and if so can you tell us the details for both so that we can check that you have the correct type of drive for the OS that you intend to install, you cannot use a CDRW drive to install W7 for example as it cannot read the video content of the disk etc.
