Hoping to stop banging my head in to a wall with your help.

We recently moved and thus my wireless printer stopped working because it's a new network. I tried uninstalling, but upon re-install I get this error messagePosted Image

Printer: HP Photosmart C4795
I have tried running their Mr FixIt program and it found nothing.

Next I realized I might need to get my Windows Updates for the install to work. However that has been throwing the error code: error windows update 80072F76 for months.

I have run ComboFix and Malwarebytes and still cannot install either the printer or the updates.

Finally resolved the printer issue!

Windows continues to throw an error 80072F76 If I try to run the updates. Is there an issue with FireFox being my default browser?

Did you try FixIt for the Windows Update error too or just the printer issue? If not try it out: FixIt. And no it's not caused due to Firefox. From what I've read, this error is caused by an Internet issue.

Have you tried IE to get your updates? After all it is windows. Firefox will not update any of my windows. I even tried with the IE tab for firefox and it was very finicky.
