Dell 1525 laptop Windows 7:
Every time I start the laptop I get a message to either that the clock needs setting.
To either hit F1 to continue or F5 to scan...

Have done both, on F1 when starting the clock is 4 years plus off, have set clock to correct time but the same thing next boot..

Thanks

Hi,

Looks like you need to replace the CMOS battery, something not very easy on the laptop you have check this video.
If you decide to do it make sure you disconnect the power cord and remove the laptop battery before opening the case.
