Can't flash a ROM with TWRP 2.5.0.0, Galaxy S3

Right now my phone (A Galaxy S3 i747) is running CyanogenMod 10.1 RC2, and try as I might, I can't get it to flash to a newer version of CyanogenMod. It always fails - even if I wipe all the cache and the dalvik.

Anyone help?

EDIT:
Never mind, figured it out. Bootloader needed updating. Did that, it worked perfectly.
