As far as software is concern, other than IObit Advanced SystemCare 6, which may slow down the computer, I see no other issues in your system.

hmm. alright i'll uninstall Advanced System Care in case it is the problem.

which antivirus program and junk files/unnecessary folders cleaning program would you recommend for me in place of Advanced System Care btw?

For me the best options would be AVAST as an antivirus and Malwarebytes Antimalware. Is the only protection I have. It will block anything that may infect the computer.
