Im trying to do a full system recovery to factory settings on my pc. I am able to get into the setup menu, but when I choose default factory setting it doesnt do anything. I dont have to installation cd for Windows XP that came with the computer. Can anyone walk me through the steps to do the factory default restore? It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Is the computer bootable? If so, please post a full screen image of Disk Management.

To open Disk Management, press Windows key+r, type diskmgmt.msc and press Enter or click GO. Make it full screen.
