According to my wife-the e-mail locks up from time to time, but that is about it.

Ok, can you describe this problem more detailed? What's happenning? Does e-mail program show you any messages? What e-mail program "locks-up"?

No messages. It just freezes up. We get out of the program, get back in and it works fine for awhile.

Were you experiencing this problem before? What e-mail client (program) is freezing? Can you please tell us it's name?

We use yahoo e-mail.

No, I was asking about e-mail client (Outlook, The Bat, Thunderbird, etc.). Or are you accessing your yahoo e-mail from browser? Are you using Internet Explorer as you default browser?
