Try to attach the text file again, or copy and paste the contents. The directions were for a manual scan. After looking at the log Essexboy and I will have to discuss if a manual scan will need to be done.

If it's not responding when you are trying to copy/paste it may be because of the size if it is a large file. Please attempt to attach it again.

Most files are small enough to be uploaded, but for the occasional files that are huge, we have a way around that too :)

Let's try this site.

Go to File Dropper here
  • Click Upload File
  • Browse to the file's location and select file
  • The next page will automatically open.
  • Copy the link in the box under: Link To Share This File With Anyone:
  • Then paste the link in your message here.

Do you want me to run the manual scan as well so you have both the logs till am? This way we may save some time on finding the solution?

You can if you wish. I honestly don't know if the automatic removal got everything if the manual will find anything, but if the automatic removal wasn't able to remove everything, the manual may be needed for a script, or he may opt for a different tool. Without him to ask, there's no way to know for sure. If you'd like to feel free, after I get a look at the one you're uploading now, I will probably be heading to bed as it is just past midnight here.

Ofcourse! Its your bedtime. I will upload the link for you and you may take a call then. Will wait for updates tomorrow am.

I don't mean to argue here, but the screen shot sent by you for the scan shows automatic scan highlighted in step 1 followed by report and then a Manual Disinfection tab followed by its report?
Thought, I was just following those steps..

This afternoon was a bit hectic for me. This is a pretty much a new tool for me so I'm on a bit of a learning curve and I think it's all running together tonight. :P Looking back over it, it does look like that. I'm so sorry, go ahead and run the manual scan and post it later, I don't think it will take near the time.
