I built a new comp. I installed Win7 and my old HDD still works. I wanted to be able to boot up my old comp with documents and settings and run the old OS and still have the ability to use all of my old progs but still have the new comp. When I boot from my old HDD, my mouse and keyboard does not work. How can I fix this and essentially have 2 comps in 1, my old XP system and new Win7 system?

Are you saying that you have put your old hard drive (XP) into the newly built Windows 7 box as an additional hard drive?
