First Hi and hopefully someone can help.

I use an off site web photo storage site to print my photos. I download my photos to their storage and select the prints I want.

To do this, I open their website, sign in, select 'Download from my Computer' this opens a new page which gives the folder a name, usually the current date and a box marked 'Select', by selecting it, you should then go to the location on your PC where the photos you wish to upload are located. It doesn't nothing happens. The site still works as I have had to use my laptop to download the photos to Truprint (snapfish) but this is a slow process where my PC is fast. Presume something on my PC is preventing the selection process, but despite searching everywhere for the problem cannot locate it.
