traveldrive problems

I got a memorex ultra 2.0 traveldrive from a yard sale.
When i plug it in via usb then go to device & printers i see it there but im unable to drag & drop files on the device icon. Basically i cant figure out how to save anything on it. Please help!
I have a hp mini 110 with windows 7 starter

When you plugged it in via USB the machine would have popped a message up saying Found New Hardware etc.

Double left click on Computer and tell us what is listed please.
