Hi TomHalstead,

I apologize for the late response! I did not get notified for some reason. Anyway, that is fine. There is yet another way. While I am getting my fix approved, could you download this to your desktop first and look for your Windows key (it is usually located underneath your laptop)? The process we are about to do will need that. I'll get back to you in a short while.
