Never mind BHowett as the shipping costs to the US from the UK may have made the offer less appealing (and most certainly less cost effective) <_<

Shipping Restrictions

Free, next day and discounted delivery are only available to UK mainland addresses, this excludes: Northern Ireland, Eire, Scottish Offshore, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
