New BT sports app on android question

Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem with the new BT sport app on android?

I have just bought a CNM 9" tablet - android 4.0.4 ice cream sandwich. I have uploaded the bt app - btsport 1.0.4, my account is setup with bt so when i log in i get all the btsport 1 & 2 and ESPN. My problem starts when i try to stream video, i get the message - unable to playback, possibly compatibility issue, please check OS version and upgrade VS011.

Just wondered if anyone could shed any light on this?
