Everything is pointing toward a possible hardware or more likely a driver issue. Please do the following and post the requested screenshots before proceeding. I will suggest the correct order of installation after looking at the lists.

Download DriverMax and have it scan your system. It will open their website with all the out of date drivers you can update. With the free version you can update only 2 drivers per day so if you have a lot of them it will take a few days to get everything updated. I have been using it for about 4 months now and like it better then any other utility out there for keeping my drivers up to date.
If you want you can post screenshots of all the drivers in the list that need to be updated and I will suggest in what order to get them.

OK since you have them numbered I will give you the corresponding numbers to download. Start with numbers 14 and 15 and remember to always let it set a restore point when it asks. When installed please reboot and then let me know if the BSOD's stop at any time.

Guru3D Driver Sweep

This is what you need to get get rid of the old drivers. Boot into safemode and run driver cleaner (read the instructions)!! then reboot and install new/differant drivers

NV4 error is GPU driver related NVidia :P

By doing the above it will not only get rid of the new driver that caused the issue just now but also the original BSOD. Then go to Nvidia's site and get the newest driver they show. This will guarantee that the driver is certified and would not have a problem like it sounds like the one Drivermax showed.

evidently i selected the wrong nvida under safe mode as i was unale to get connected to the internet when i booted it again. i chose the previous restore point and was able to get connected again. i did go to the nvida site and installed the newer driver for the graphics card (#1)

currently # 14, 15, 1, 2, 3 are installed and they appear to be working correctly

which ones are next?
